印尼劳工部已于去年（2003）10月31日颁布新劳工法（13/2003号法）实施细则如下：
1.免除教育机构支付赔偿金义务（行政令223/03）（Positions in educational institutions exempted from the obligation to pay compensation ---MoM Decree 223/03）
2. 规范雇主雇用女工自晚间11时至早上7时规定（行政令224/03）（Obligations of employers employing female workers between 11:00pm to 7:00 am --- MoM Decree 224/03）

5. 工人能力认定的国家标准程序（行政令227/03）（Procedures for determining national work competency standards---MoM Decree 227/03）
6. 雇用外籍员工合法化程序（行政令228/03）（Procedures for legalization of Expatriate Manpower Utilization Plans ---RPTKA ---MoM Decree 228/03）
7. 培训机构申请执照及登记程序（行政令229/03）（Procedures for licensing and registering training institutions --- MoM Decree 229/03）
8. 就业分类及职位收费标准（行政令230/03）（Categories and positions for which placement fees may be charged---MoM Decree 230/03）
9. 最低工资实施及发放程序（行政令231/03）（Procedures for dispensing of the implementation of the minimum wage---MoM Decree 231/03）
